The famous gated community of River Sea Plantation in Wilmington boasts beautifully landscaped entrances lined with Crepe Myrtles, Palmettos and Holly trees to welcome the residents’ home each day. Over a year ago, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Wilmington rewired all of the lighting at the main entrance, retro-fitted 55 fixtures to LED and added 16 new LED outdoor lights to enhance the luxury living the community is known for. The entrance lighting improvements made at River Sea will benefit the neighborhood for years to come.

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Wilmington’s work doesn’t end when the installation is complete. For the first year, your system includes a worry-free maintenance plan. If a bulb burns out or something isn’t quite right we will promptly take care of it. And with our Annual Maintenance Plan, we’ll not only adjust anything that breaks or quits working but we’ll proactively come out and inspect your system for issues and make repairs and adjustments as necessary.
The River Sea Yearly Check-up
It’s been a little over a year since we repaired, retrofitted and upgraded the outdoor lighting at the River Sea community entrances, which means it is time for a check-up. Upon arriving at River Sea – everything looked great. While retro-fitted fixtures are not guaranteed, we were happy to find everything working properly. The newly installed fixtures and replaced wiring was in great shape. A single fixture had been hit by a landscaper and needed some repairs that we were able to do right on the spot. The long lasting LEDs were still highlighting the entrance, Crepe Myrtles and Palm trees that make River Sea such a luxurious community without a single bulb needing replacing.
